These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inna Hair Studio website and the services we provide. By visiting our website or booking an appointment with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Inna Hair Studio is a boutique hair salon operated by Inna Chihoial, located at A Suite Salon, 15235 John J Delaney Dr. Suite 101, Charlotte, NC 28277. We specialize in blonding, color, precision haircuts, and styling services.

2. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our booking system (Vagaro). Booking an appointment confirms your acceptance of our service pricing as listed on the Services page at the time of booking.

Cancellation

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours:

• 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
• No-shows may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.
• Repeat no-shows may be declined further appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients. The full service fee may still apply.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on our website are starting prices ("from $X"). Final pricing depends on hair length, density, condition, and the complexity of the service. We will discuss pricing during your consultation before any service begins.

Prices are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.

4. Color and Service Disclaimers

Consultation

For color services, especially first-time color or significant color changes, we may require a consultation prior to the appointment. This is to ensure we can deliver the result you want safely and within the time scheduled.

Hair Health

The condition of your hair affects what services are safely possible. We reserve the right to decline or modify services if we believe they would damage your hair. Your safety and hair health are our priority.

Color Results

Hair color is influenced by your hair's natural tone, previous color treatments, and structural integrity. While we use professional techniques and quality products, we cannot guarantee an exact color result. We will work closely with you during consultation to set realistic expectations.

Allergies and Sensitivities

If you have known allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions, please inform us before your appointment. We may recommend a patch test 48 hours before service.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as supported by Vagaro. Tips for stylists are appreciated but not required.

6. Photo Release

From time to time, we may photograph hair work for our portfolio, social media (Instagram, Facebook), or website. Photos are taken only with your consent. You may decline photography at any time without affecting your service.

If you have previously consented and wish to have a photo removed, please contact us and we will remove it from our public-facing channels.

7. Website Use

The content on this website (text, images, design) is the property of Inna Hair Studio or used with permission. You may view and reference content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inna Hair Studio's liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This does not limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under North Carolina law.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website includes integrations with third-party services such as Vagaro (booking), Google Maps (directions), and social media links to Instagram and Facebook. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. By continuing to use our services after changes are posted, you accept the updated Terms.
