3. Booking System (Vagaro)

Appointment bookings are processed through Vagaro, a third-party salon software. When you book an appointment, you are subject to Vagaro's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We share booking-related information with Vagaro solely for the purpose of managing your appointment.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Inquiries from contact forms are typically deleted within 12 months unless an active service relationship exists.

7. Cookies, Advertising Measurement and Your Choices

Your choice. When you first visit innahairstudio.com, a banner asks whether you accept cookies for advertising measurement. Until you click “Accept”, no advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage under the name inna_cookie_consent; it is not sent to us.

Google Ads. We advertise with Google Ads and use the Google tag (gtag.js, provided by Google LLC) to measure which ads lead to inquiries. We measure these actions: clicks on our online booking button (which opens Vagaro) and successful submissions of our contact form. We use Google Consent Mode. If you click “Accept”, Google may set cookies such as _gcl_au and _gcl_aw to connect an ad click with a later action on our website. If you click “Decline” or make no choice, the Google tag still loads but does not set or read advertising cookies; Google may still receive limited information that is part of any web request (such as your IP address, browser type, the page visited and whether one of the actions above occurred) and may use it in aggregated form to estimate ad performance.

Cookies and similar technologies used on this website

Booking. Our “Book online” buttons take you to Vagaro’s website in a new tab. Vagaro is not embedded in our website. On vagaro.com, Vagaro’s own privacy policy and cookies apply.

Hosting and contact form. Our website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes technical data (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) to deliver the website and keep it secure. When you send our contact form, Netlify processes and stores the information you enter (name, email, phone number, service and message) and forwards it to us. We use it only to respond to your request.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide, including using HTTPS encryption on our website and choosing reputable service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
